The Schulte pallet racking add-on section is a practical expansion module for existing pallet racking systems and offers an efficient solution to easily increase storage capacity. Thanks to its robust construction and modular design, this add-on unit connects seamlessly to an existing starter section, creating a flexible and scalable storage system.

The configuration measures 3,000 x 2,786 x 1,100 mm (h x w x d) and features a durable blue/galvanized finish with beams in RAL 2004 (orange). The add-on section consists of 3 levels, including the floor level, and comprises 1 bay 2,700 mm wide, suitable for 3 pallets per level. This results in a capacity of 9 pallet spaces. Each pallet can support a weight of up to 800 kg, while the maximum bay load is 5,395 kg. The depth of 1,100 mm makes this extension suitable for longitudinal bearing of Euro pallets.

PLEASE NOTE! THIS IS ONLY AN ADJUSTMENT SECTION:
To install this extension section, at least one base section / starting section is required. Once a starting section has been installed, the racking system can be expanded with additional extension sections, allowing a complete and flexible pallet racking system to be assembled.

All Schulte pallet racking systems are designed according to the static calculation in accordance with DIN EN 15512:2022-06, which guarantees a safe and reliable construction in accordance with the latest European standards.

Schulte pallet racking is known for its high quality and strong frame profiles. These allow for shelf loads of up to 4,000 kg and bay loads of up to 24.5 tonnes and can be supplied in one piece up to a height of 12 meters. Pallets can be placed both lengthwise and crosswise in the racking, allowing for optimal utilization of storage space.
