Description
A tipping bucket for bulk materials in a chipboard design is specially designed for the safe and efficient processing of materials where the separation of solids and liquids is required. Thanks to the screen and drain valve, liquids can be easily separated from solids, making the bucket ideal for wet waste streams, slurries, or chips. With a capacity of 600 liters and a load capacity of 1500 kg, this bucket is suitable for both light and very heavy loads.
The self-acting tipping system allows for controlled emptying of the bucket at any desired height. After emptying, the bucket automatically tilts back to its starting position, speeding up the work process and reducing the risk of injury.
The bucket is manufactured from 3 mm thick steel plate with a robust welded construction and is completely oil-tight, allowing it to safely handle both dry and wet materials. For added safety, the bucket is equipped with a chain as a slip-off protection, preventing uncontrolled movement during tipping. The pull cord makes operation from a forklift easy and ergonomic.
The tipping bucket comes standard with robust insert sleeves, drop protection, and a reliable tipping mechanism, ensuring safe and stable use with forklifts. The durable RAL 5007 blue powder coating protects the bucket against wear and corrosion.
Please note: most Fetra products are delivered unassembled, we offer them as surface-mounted systems. The system parts can be simply inserted and screwed onto the base element. The proven ‘Fetra insert and screw principle” guarantees the same stability as a welded construction.
