A fully electric walk-behind stacker for the efficient lifting, stacking, and moving of pallets. With a maximum lifting capacity of 1200 kg and a lifting height of 3000 mm, this stacker is suitable for a wide range of tasks in warehouses, production environments, and logistics companies. The compact design is specifically engineered for efficient pallet transport and stacking in environments with limited maneuvering space.

An important feature of the stacker is the proportional control of the lifting and lowering speed. The speed can be precisely adjusted depending on the situation, allowing pallets to be positioned in a controlled and smooth manner. According to the manufacturer, this variable speed control reduces mechanical shocks and vibrations and contributes to the precise placement of fragile loads. Furthermore, when lowering to approximately 100 mm above the ground, the lowering speed is automatically slowed down for gentle and controlled placement. The stacker is powered by a 24 V / 60 Ah lithium-ion battery and is equipped with a built-in 30 A charger. A 24 V / 100 Ah LiFePO₄ battery is available as an option. Lithium technology offers, among other things, a short charging time, low self-discharge, and a long service life. The battery can be recharged intermittently, and thanks to the integrated charger and storage space for the charging cable, charging can take place conveniently at the workplace.

The intelligent multifunctional tiller combines the most important operating functions within easy reach. These include controls for lifting and lowering, driving direction, horn, and emergency reverse switch. The integrated display provides information on battery status and any error codes, among other things. Additionally, the stacker features a turtle-speed function, allowing for precise maneuvering at low speeds. Driving upright with the tiller is also possible, which is practical in very tight spaces.

The stacker is equipped with polyurethane wheels and has a small turning circle of 1425 mm. The maximum travel speed is 4 km/h with a load and 4.5 km/h without a load. The forks measure 70 x 160 x 1150 mm, with a fork length of 1220 mm also specified. The total fork width is 560 mm. With a total width of 820 mm, the stacker remains compact and highly maneuverable in warehouse aisles.

The stacker is also extensively equipped in terms of construction and safety. The frame consists of 5 mm thick steel plate with an integrated 30 mm thick steel base plate. The mast utilizes C+H profile steel and a double chain construction. The forks are reinforced on both sides with 16 mm flat steel. The battery is located low in the frame to support stability.

During operation, various features ensure extra control. As soon as the forks are lifted higher than 500 mm, the travel speed is automatically limited to 2 km/h. With a load of more than 600 kg, the lowering speed is automatically reduced. Furthermore, the stacker is equipped with an electromagnetic service brake, emergency reverse switch, undervoltage protection for the battery, and an explosion protection valve on the lifting cylinder to help prevent uncontrolled lowering in the event of an unexpected pipe rupture.
