Delivered on time. Excellent customer service! They really get it. The complaint was handled quickly and especially kindly. A broken container was picked up and replaced in no time. This way, customers are retained.
Keurig op tijd geleverd. Uitstekende klantenservice! Daar hebben ze het begrepen. Klacht werd snel en vooral vriendelijk opgepakt. Een kapotte bak werd in no time direct opgehaald en vervangen. Zo blijven klanten behouden.
